Citizen Emerson Station, 147-unit community, to deliver amenity-rich living to Bergen County

Citizen Emerson Station, a luxury rental community that will introduce a new modern living option to downtown Emerson, will open its doors to residents this fall, developer Accurate announced Thursday.

Located at 90 Kinderkamack Road, Citizen Emerson Station will deliver 147 luxury residences and more than 18,000 square feet of street-level retail to the heart of Emerson’s central business district.

Residents will be steps from Emerson’s New Jersey Transit station and within walking distance of several local shops and restaurants.

The four-story property, designed by Devereaux & Associates, aims to help rejuvenate Emerson’s downtown core while appealing to local residents looking for a more contemporary residential option, as well as New York City commuters desiring transit-oriented convenience.

The retail and restaurant space is designed to enhance the downtown’s ambience and walkability, serving both as a destination for visitors and a convenient stop-in for train commuters and residents of the building.

Citizen Emerson Station will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom rental residences. Accurate will launch a VIP wait list in October for prospective renters who want to be among the first to tour the community.

“We are happy to announce that Citizen Emerson Station is on track for a fall 2023 debut,” Jack Klugmann, CEO and president of Accurate, said. “We expect this community to be popular with renters looking for a brand-new, modern residence in an exceptional Bergen County location, right near shops, restaurants and the Emerson train station.”

In addition to its well-connected location, Citizen Emerson Station will provide a full complement of amenities to enhance the resident experience. They include an elegant lobby-lounge, a coworking space, a state-of-the-art fitness center and rooftop amenities with courtyard seating.
