Fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant chain Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh recently signed a 1,700-square-foot lease at Hartford Corners in Delran. The 215,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail property is located at the intersection of Route 130 and Hartford Road, and managed by commercial real estate services provider Levin Management Corp.
Kendal Hand-Freda and Fred Younkin, LMC leasing representatives, negotiated the recent transaction on behalf of the property’s ownership; Nick Quinn of CBRE represented the tenant.

Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh offers nutrient-rich menu items that can be customized to a guest’s liking and dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free. The menu features stuffed pitas, laffas, traditional gyros, bowls, plates and salads.
