Dynamic Engineering Consultants becomes corporate sponsor of Rutgers Center for Real Estate

Dynamic Engineering Consultants P.C. — a member of the Rutgers University Center for Real Estate advisory board since 2016 — is the center’s latest corporate sponsor, it was announced this week.

Dynamic Engineering Consultants, which provides comprehensive professional engineering and consulting services throughout the U.S., will provide funds and support to the students and to the program.

The collaboration between the Rutgers Center for Real Estate and Dynamic Engineering is a way for the company to support the education of students in the field of commercial real estate, participate in the mentoring of students and aid in the creation of the courses taught to students to best prepare them for employment. Dynamic Engineering will hire students in the real estate program as interns, giving them actual work experience.

Dynamic Engineering joins Sills Cummis & Gross, M&T Bank and Walker & Dunlop as one of the corporate partners of the center.

About Dynamic Engineering

Dynamic Engineering specializes in engineering and construction-related services including site engineering, land planning and design, permitting and entitlements, geotechnical and soils engineering, construction management, construction inspections, traffic engineering, professional planning, land and marine surveying, environmental remediation consulting and structural engineering.

The company was built to offer a unique consulting experience paralleled with an understanding of the design and permitting process for all forms of commercial, industrial and residential development.

Morris Davis, the Paul J. Profeta Chair of Real Estate and academic director for the Rutgers Center for Real Estate, was thrilled to make the announcement.

“Dynamic Engineering is a firm focused on helping to ensure that students studying real estate are prepared to join the workforce,” he said. “We are gratified to be cooperating with such a committed firm and look forward to this engagement and the benefits to our students.”

Brett Skapinetz, director at Dynamic and an advisory board member for the Center for Real Estate since its inception, said the company is eager to increase its involvement.

“We are looking forward to enhancing our relationship with the Center for Real Estate and the students in the real estate program,” he said. “We anticipate that our professionals will mentor some of the students and we will have an opportunity to offer internships to those in the field.”

Dynamic Engineering Consultants and its family of companies — Dynamic Earth (geotechnical & environmental services), Dynamic Survey and Dynamic Traffic — offers comprehensive engineering consulting services throughout the U.S. with offices located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida and Texas.
