Inspire Dental coming soon to Old York Village in Chesterfield

The Shops at Old York Village will soon have a dentist on call, according to a Thursday announcement from Renaissance Properties. Inspire Dental, owned and operated by Dr. Melanie Lee, a highly skilled and experienced dentist, is expected to open a state-of-the-art practice in late 2023/early 2024.

“I am thrilled to be a part of Old York Village,” Lee said. “Renaissance Properties has been incredibly supportive as I navigate the construction and operational aspects of my new dental practice. The location is also ideal for both my professional and personal life, and I am looking forward to becoming an integral part of the growing Chesterfield community.

“We are so happy to welcome another enthusiastic owner/operator to the Shops at Old York Village,” Robert Adinolfi, chief operating officer at Renaissance Properties, said. “This brand-new, community-oriented downtown center offers an appealing and expanding mix of local businesses and services, all uniquely designed to complement the charming, neotraditional architecture employed throughout this one-of-a-kind, Smart Growth community.”

Located at 90-105 Saddle Way in Chesterfield, Inspire Dental’s new space will be a modern and accessible west-facing storefront that is wheelchair-accessible. Boasting approximately 2,400 square feet, the dental office will be equipped with six operatories and cutting-edge technology, including digital 2D and CBCT 3D imaging, intraoral cameras, and digital scanning.

“The location is ideal for me — it is in an area where I intend to live and grow roots,” Lee said. “The community and township do a great job keeping the green space and sidewalks clean.”

As the sole practitioner at Inspire Dental, Lee holds a doctorate in dental medicine from Rutgers Dental School and has completed a general practice residency at University Hospital in Newark. Her practice will offer services including, but not limited to: comprehensive dental care, aesthetic services, pediatric care, clear aligners, endodontics (root canal therapy) and therapeutic and cosmetic injectables.
