Lee & Associates selected to lease 2 medical office assets in Elizabeth, Browns Mills

Lee & Associates New Jersey was recently selected to lease two medical office properties in Union and Burlington counties. The commercial real estate firm’s Erica Davidson is heading the exclusive agency for 200 Williamson St. in Elizabeth and 6 Earlin Ave. in Browns Mills.

Landmark Healthcare Facilities LLC owns both assets. The national full-service developer specializes in physician office buildings and clinics, ambulatory care and surgery centers, cardiac and cancer centers, imaging centers, fitness and women’s centers and laboratories.

200 Williamson St. is a new Class A building located on the campus of Trinitas Regional Medical Center. Lee & Associates is marketing space availabilities up to 4,200 square feet at the 46,200-square-foot building. 200 Williamson St. boasts excellent visibility along with proximity to major highways, public transportation and Newark Liberty International Airport. The existing tenant roster includes primary care and internal medicine, a women’s center, pediatric center and a dialysis clinic.

6 Earlin Ave. is a 61,500-square-foot mixed-use building situated on the campus of Deborah Heart & Lung Center. Availabilities range from 1,000 to 8,287 square feet at the Class A property, which offers ample patient parking. Public transportation and major roadways are nearby. Cotenants include an ambulatory surgery center, retail pharmacy, outpatient diagnostic imaging center, ophthalmology clinic, sleep center, women’s center and urgent care clinic.

“We are thrilled to represent and work on behalf of Landmark to market 200 Williamson St. and 6 Earlin Ave. These are premier, state-of-the-art buildings designed to meet the highest standards of medical care,” Davidson said. “At both properties, a build-to-suit option allows prospective tenants to customize suites to meet their exact business needs and specifications.”

A generous tenant improvement allowance and professional ownership/management are added benefits at both properties, according to Davidson.

“Additionally, tenants receive an ownership interest in these buildings at no cost,” she said.
