NAI James E. Hanson on Tuesday said it negotiated the sale of an 8,000-square-foot office building located at 22 Route 10 in Succasunna. NAI Hanson’s Joseph Vindigni represented the buyer, Heritage Succasunna LLC, in the transaction with the seller, Portwood LLC.
Purchased by Heritage Succasunna as an investment property, the asset is a two-story, 8,000-square-foot office building situated on 0.7 acres along Route 10. The building is fully leased to a diverse mix of tenants including Lakeside Endodontics, Suburban Natural Medicine and Steven A. Campolattaro, DMD, and features 31 surface parking spaces, prominent signage and convenient two-street access. The property also boasts proximity to several retail outlets and restaurants including Walmart, Roxbury Diner, the Home Depot, Dunkin’, McDonald’s, ShopRite and Kohl’s.
