Spectrum Works and MTS Logistics recently announced that they will partner for the 14th annual MTS Bike Tour for Autism Acceptance on June 8.
Last year’s event, led by sponsors MTS, Turkish Philanthropy Funds and Bergen Logistics, raised more than $100,000 for Spectrum Works. Those involved hope they will be able to raise more than $150,000 this year.
Spectrum Works CEO Ann Marie Sullivan said she was thrilled with the continued support.

Spectrum Works plans to utilize the funds raised through the event to cover interns’ wages, job coaches’ salaries at partner companies, and to educate companies about the benefits of hiring autistic individuals, including increasing awareness and understanding of the unique talents and abilities that autistic individuals can bring to the workplace. The MTS Bike Tour for Autism Acceptance serves as a beacon of hope, illuminating the path towards a more inclusive and accepting society.
The bike tour will start in Lower Manhattan and take riders over the Brooklyn Bridge to Brighton Beach for a beachfront brunch, where there will be a raffle with prize opportunities, before heading back to Lower Manhattan.
During brunch, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from the founder about Spectrum Works’ mission of helping autistic young adults overcome challenges and become employment ready individuals capable of making contributions to companies and the world around them.
Thanks to the generosity of MTS Logistics and Turkish Philanthropy Funds, bike rentals will be free for all participants.
Sullivan said Saka’s commitment cannot be overstated.
