GID acquires vacant 111K sq. ft. industrial property in Camden County, plans upgrades

GID Industrial, a privately owned real estate investment and management firm with overĀ $29 billionĀ in assets under management around the world, announced Wednesday that it has acquired a 111,400-square-foot industrial building in Camden County.

Terms of the deal were not announced.

The building, at 8290 National Highway in Pennsauken, is in close proximity to both Interstates 95 and 295, providing easy access to Philadelphia and the Northeast Corridor. The building can accommodate one or two tenants and features 20-foot clear heights, one drive-in door and 15 dock-high doors.

GID officials said the company intends to complete significant renovations to the now-vacant building.
