Ever wonder what hotels due with their furniture when they renovate rooms?
At the Golden Nugget Atlantic City, they donate them to the community.
The hotel, which is in the process of renovating its rooms and suites as part of a multimillion-dollar hotel renovation, is donating furniture to the community, starting Wednesday and Thursday.
The hotel says it has excess mattresses (king, queen and full size), box springs, pillows, couches, sectionals, lamps, tables, chairs, clocks and more.
The only requirement: You must provide your own means for pickup and transportation.
The hotel will be distributing items from 12:30-8 p.m. on Wednesday and noon-8 p.m. on Thursday. Should any items remain, they will be available from noon-8 p.m. next week, Monday-Thursday – or while supplies last.
