Law firm extends lease at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Court Plaza South in Hackensack

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises on Tuesday said it negotiated a 2,835-square-foot lease renewal with Galantucci and Patuto, Esqs. at Court Plaza South located at 21 Main Street in Hackensack.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by its in-house leasing team in the transaction.

Galantucci and Patuto specializes in a range of legal services, including criminal defense, personal injury and civil litigation. Capitalizing on Court Plaza’s ideal location just steps from the Bergen County Courthouse and Administrative Complex, the firm has been a tenant at the building since February 2019.

“Galantucci and Patuto Looks forward to its continued utilization of this impressive space to provide our clients with the premiere legal services they have grown to expect,” Partner David Altieri said.

“Since its construction, Court Plaza’s unparalleled location, robust amenities package and highly adaptable floorplans have made it the preferred destination for legal tenants,” said Carolina Gutierrez, leasing and marketing manager for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, said. “We are excited to build upon our relationship with Galantucci and Patuto, Esqs. and help them continue to meet their clients’ needs across Bergen County and beyond.”

Court Plaza is a three-building complex with 335,000 square feet of Class-A professional office space. The property offers a wide range of premium amenities including a full-service cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating; an on-site fitness center equipped with lockers and showers; a large common conference room; and 100% covered parking with direct access to office spaces and amenities.

Court Plaza is easily accessible via Interstate 80, Routes 4, 17 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway and offers immediate access to mass transportation options. In addition, a wide variety of food establishments and retail offerings including Starbucks, Playa Bowls, Choripan Rodizio and Pollos Mario are conveniently located within walking distance of the complex.
