Cherry Hill-based Vantage Commercial recently sold a 13,398-square-foot office building located at 100 N Black Horse Pike in Williamstown.
This closing marks another success for Vantage Commercial, as the company represented the buyer, a private investor, in this complicated and highly detailed transaction. New ownership immediately secured a new tenant, Metropolitan Dermatology, who signed a lease for +/- 2,400 SF in the building.
The sale was led by Vantage’s Senior Advisor Vince Ceroli and Managing Director and Director of Healthcare Services Emily Stein.

The property’s ideal location along the Black Horse Pike will provide Metropolitan Dermatology with an excellent opportunity to expand its presence with another location in the South Jersey Market, while also benefitting from the growing demand for quality healthcare services.
