A 1.65-acre commercial property in Freehold has been sold for $3.7 million in a deal brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty. The transaction was handled by Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Corporate Sales Representative Joshua Glussky, while Michael Witko of Chilmark Real Estate Services represented the buyer.
Located at 195 Throckmorton Street, the property includes 4,600-square feet of office space, a 4,200-square-foot warehouse, a garage, and outdoor storage. The new owner intends to use the site for business operations, generator storage, and commercial vehicle parking.
