Cooper University Health Care has received the Exemplary Partner Award from Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC), recognizing the health system’s commitment to collaboration, innovation, and student success.
The award was presented at RCBC’s 2025 Partner Recognition and Awards Reception and marks another milestone for Cooper, which was named Business Partner of the Year by Camden County Technical School in late 2024.
“At Cooper University Health Care, we understand that strong partnerships are the foundation of meaningful workforce development,” said Beth Green, senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Cooper. “We are honored to be recognized by RCBC and remain committed to supporting students, professionals and community organizations in ways that drive innovation and success.”
RCBC also recognized Antoinette Fugee, workforce development consultant at Cooper, for her role as a liaison to the community and higher education institutions, and Timothy D. Marks, assistant vice president of clinical workforce development and academic partnerships, for his leadership in educational collaboration.
“From strategic planning to hands-on project execution, Cooper University Health Care embodies the spirit of partnership,” RCBC officials said at the event. “Their ‘all-in’ approach has made a lasting impact.”
In February, Cooper was named one of America’s Best Large Employers for 2025 by Forbes, ranking among the top 200 nationally. The recognition reflects Cooper’s ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive, innovative workplace culture.
