Archer & Greiner said on June 24 it added attorneys Juliana Hairston, Andrew Malik, and Matthew Barrack to the firm. The firm said their backgrounds and subject matter experience further strengthen Archer’s capabilities in health care law, corporate and transactional matters, and regulatory compliance.
Hairston joins Archer with extensive experience in health care regulatory compliance, administrative law, and government enforcement. She worked at the Department of Health and Human Services, where she supported administrative law judges in resolving complex healthcare-related disputes. She also previously served as an employee benefits investigator with the Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration, conducting investigations under ERISA. She will work out of the firm’s Princeton office.
Malik advises clients entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions. He has represented clients on both the buy and sell sides of transactions, leading due diligence efforts and negotiating complex agreements to support strategic growth and operational needs. He will work out of the Voorhees office.
Barrack is a corporate attorney with experience in transactional, regulatory, and governance matters. He advises clients on private equity and venture capital deals, M&A, fund formation, and corporate structuring. His practice includes drafting and negotiating key agreements, such as purchase agreements, commercial contracts, and fund documents, and guiding startups through fundraising. Barrack also counsels clients on compliance with U.S. securities laws and related regulations. He will work out of the Hackensack office.
Archer & Greiner has nine total locations. Its New Jersey offices are in Voorhees, Hackensack, Red Bank, and Princeton.
