Hudson County Chamber of Commerce to induct 4 business leaders into Legends Hall of Fame

The Hudson County Chamber of Commerce announced its 2025 Class of Legends, celebrating the legendary people whose life’s work has transformed Hudson County.

Four transformational business leaders will be honored and inducted at its 18th Annual Legends Gala on Wednesday, Dec. 17, from 6 to 9:30 p.m., at the EnVue Autograph Collection, 550 Ave. at Port Imperial, in Weehawken.

The Legends Award is the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce’s top honor. Recognitions are made for Iconic Leadership, Corporate Citizenship, Public Service and Daryl Harrison Rand Leadership Award.

The honorees are:

  • Hartz Mountain Industries, a Secaucus-based real estate development and management company, will receive the Iconic Leadership Award, recognizing transformational change.
  • Jeffrey Martinez, executive vice president and head of branch banking at PNC Bank, will receive the Daryl Harrison Rand Leadership Award, recognizing a commitment to volunteerism.
  • Carl Mazzanti, president and co-founder of eMazzanti Technologies, will receive the Corporate Citizenship Award, for elevating Hudson County through corporate social responsibility, volunteer engagement and leadership.
  • Michelle Richardson, executive director at Hudson County Economic Development Corporation, will receive the Public Service Award, recognizing a leader who has helped to grow the region through their work as a public official.

“We are proud to induct these great leaders into our pantheon of Hudson County Legends,” Emory Edwards, president and CEO of the Hudson Chamber, said in making the announcement. “Since 1888, the Hudson chamber has served the needs of our dynamic and diverse business community. Their work is integral to the success of our entire region.”
