NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm, announced it has brokered an industrial space lease in Carlstadt.
NAI Hanson’s Eric Demmers and Russ Verducci represented the tenant at 190 Jony Drive, Amazing Vitamins LLC, in the 25,190-square-foot transaction.
Amazing Vitamins, a member of the Amazing Nutrition brand, is a manufacturer and distributor of all-natural vitamins and supplements.
190 Jony Drive is a 102,012-square-foot industrial building within close proximity to the Lincoln Tunnel and the George Washington Bridge, as well as Routes 1, 3, 9, 17 and 46, and the New Jersey Turnpike.
