Shrewsbury-based InterCloud Systems Inc., a provider of cloud solutions and services, announced Tuesday it has been awarded more than $1.2 million in new contracts for its services.
A majority of the work is expected to begin immediately, InterCloud said.
“We are securing new business in our remaining operating subsidiaries without any interruptions. We will continue to realign and pivot the business of the company through divestures of assets that reduce our convertible and toxic debt. … Our goal is to become cash flow positive and rebuild shareholder value. Our access to the capital markets in the future is critical to that growth. The recently completed reverse split is intended to help us with that growth plan,” said Mark Munro, CEO of InterCloud Systems.
