NAI James E. Hanson, a New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, announced it has brokered the lease for retail space in Paramus.
The space is comprised of 6,000 square feet at 385 Route 17.
Judy Troiano of NAI Hanson represented the tenant, Timothy Oulton Retail USA, in the deal.
Timothy Oulton is a British furniture and interiors company. The company’s projects range from residential to commercial.
The tenant will use the new space to showcase an outlet.
“Timothy Oulton has 48 galleries globally. With Paramus being known as one of the largest retail hubs in the United States, they were eager to locate a site here that provided them with the ability to showcase their brand,” Troiano said.
“Not only will this new retail location enable them to serve the immediate Paramus area, its accessibility will attract clients from across the tri-state area. With decades of experience in the Paramus market, our team consistently matches tenants with their ideal spaces and this lease is just the latest example of that history of superior client service.”
The Timothy Oulton Outlet is slated to open in May.
