Elizabeth-based NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm, announced Tuesday it has brokered an industrial space lease for NJ Rubber LLC in Elizabeth.
NAI Hanson’s Barry J. Cohorsky, LJ Koch and John Schilp represented the landlord at 475 Division St., Tree Realty LLC.
The property at Division Street is a 175,000-square-foot industrial building located near Port Newark Elizabeth. NJ Rubber’s lease consists of 28,900 square feet, five loading docks, 10 trailer spaces and 18-foot ceilings.
The site is within close proximity to Interstates 78 and 95.
