Alliance Residential Co., a real estate company, announced Tuesday the opening of The Quincy, a Broadstone community, in New Brunswick.

The Quincy, a nine-story 393 unit apartment community, is comprised of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Pricing for the 503 to 1,236 square feet apartments range from $1,720 to $3,410. It offers its resides amenities such as a rooftop terrace with pool lounge, cabanas and grills, a dog park and pet spa, a clubroom, a parking garage, bike storage, a fitness center, a library, an outdoor courtyard and more.
The Quincy is within close access to Route 18, Route 1 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
