Florham Park-based Conduent Inc. announced Tuesday it has completed the sale of its off-street parking business to investment firm Andera Partners.
The sale includes Conduent’s multi-park system in France and the U.K., as well as its U.S. airport parking business.
Bryan, Garnier & Co. served as the financial adviser and Osborne Clark LLP served as legal counsel to Conduent.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
