Executive Moves: Marketsmith Inc., Ramapo honor, Walters Homes and more

Executive Moves is an occasional feature on ROI-NJ.com describing some of the important personnel changes in the New Jersey business community. Reports are based on news releases, edited for content, clarity and style.

Gina Partite, Marketsmith Inc.

Marketsmith Inc., the only woman-owned-and-operated advertising and “martech” agency of its kind, has promoted New Egypt resident Gina Partite to client performance supervisor. She previously served as a senior account executive.

“Gina makes a difference every time she interacts with a client,” says Lois Marks, executive vice president.  “Her attention to detail and ability to flawlessly execute are appreciated by our clients.”

Marks noted that Partite works hard to bring smart, strategic thinking to the agency’s clients and works side-by-side with Marketsmith’s media and analytics team to ensure their success.

“At Marketsmith our goal is to develop our human capital as much as we grow our other assets,” says CEO Monica C. Smith. “Gina has grown significantly in her short time with us, and we look forward to seeing her develop even further.”

The Havemeyer Presidential Leadership Award is given to an individual who has offered his or her expertise and whose contributions have touched the lives of the community as well as the students, faculty and staff at Ramapo College.

Walters Homes, a Barnegat-based custom design/build firm, has hired three new employees in its custom architectural services division, Walters Architecture LLC. They are Edward Fitzpatrick, project manager; Xiaonan Chen, junior architect; and Can Wang, junior architect.

“Expanding our architectural team will allow us to keep up with the increased demand for design services, as clients are opting for a more customized approach when building a new home,” said Arnold Boyle, head of Walters Architecture. “Whether it’s cutting-edge or traditional beach house design, we can integrate the features that clients are requesting to enhance their lifestyle and meet their specific needs.”

Walters Homes has built nearly 1,500 homes in coastal locations ranging from Little Egg Harbor Township to Manasquan. All newly constructed homes are elevated on pressure-treated pilings, FEMA flood compliant, ENERGY STAR® certified, and stick built from the ground up.
