NIA National Realty, a provider of commercial real estate brokerage services in North Jersey, has negotiated a lease renewal for a multitenant industrial/flex building in Emerson.
SGD Inc., a specialty gas equipment and supply distributor, renewed its lease at 23 Bland St. for 5,173 square feet.
Nina Bianco, vice president at NIA National, represented both the tenant and landlord, an undisclosed Bergen County property owner, in the deal.
“The building’s adaptability for a wide range of industrial uses and its location have made it an ideal location for SGD,” Bianco said.
The building offers its tenants office space, a loading dock, drive-in doors and warehouse space, NIA National said.
“Decreasing vacancy rates and sustained strong demand makes it difficult to find suitable small and medium sized industrial or flex spaces in Bergen County. It requires an experienced agent to help navigate the competitive landscape,” Roger Gross, president of NIA National, said.
