Sitex Group has purchased a multitenant warehouse in Englewood, it announced Wednesday.
The 72,000-square-foot Class A property is located at 100 W. Forest Ave. It currently is fully leased to six tenants, Sitex said.
The warehouse is within close access to the George Washington Bridge, the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 4 and Interstate 80.
“We’re excited about acquiring 100 W. Forest. We think it’s such a unique asset in the market. Demand for small, Class A warehouse spaces near New York City far exceeds the supply,” said Sitex Principal Blake Chroman. “This property has historically remained 100% leased and we expect that to continue going forward.”
Sitex purchased 100 W. Forest from a private seller for an undisclosed price.
Michael Schaible of Lee & Associates brokered the deal and will oversee leasing at the property.
