Greenlight Technologies names chief revenue officer

Flemington-based Greenlight Technologies, a provider of integrated risk management solutions, announced Thursday it has named Rick O’Rourke its new chief revenue officer.

In this role, O’Rourke will be responsible for increasing revenues, sales and business development.

“As Greenlight continues to experience rapid growth, we understand the importance of having a leading revenue expert on our team. We are very excited to have someone of Rick’s caliber join us to help oversee this growth and change,” said Anand Adya, CEO of Greenlight Technologies. “He has had tremendous success working with technology companies in all phases of growth, including some of the most reputable ones in the world. Under his leadership, we will see the rapid adoption of our SaaS solutions at leading companies and deliver on our ambitious plans for 2019 and beyond.”

O’Rourke, who has more than 30 years of enterprise technology management experience, most recently served as the chief revenue officer for Yubico. Previously, he served as managing director of Vista Consulting Group. He also has experience working at SAP, PeopleSoft and Oracle.

“I am excited about the vision at Greenlight and the success we’ve already achieved within the Global 2000 community,” O’Rourke said. “We are the only solution provider who can monitor 100 percent of transactions across all enterprise applications, report on all control exceptions, and show the financial impact this has on the business. There is also tremendous opportunity to expand our new SaaS solutions into companies that need to protect against the inside threat within specific applications. Greenlight is perfectly positioned to help these organizations achieve this quickly and easily.”
