Marlton-based Vantage Real Estate Services announced Wednesday the sale of a retail property in Burlington.
The sale of 1104-1110 and 1112-1128 Sunset Road consists of three condominium units totaling more than 34,000 square feet.
Leor Hemo, founder and managing principal of Vantage RES, and Peter Abdallah, vice president, procured the buyer, Burlington Property Management LLC, and the sellers, Filler Properties and 1112 Sunset Properties LLC.
The center is within close proximity to Lourdes Medical Center, Cooper University Medical Center, restaurants and more.
The buyer, Vantage RES said, intends to upgrade the center with a new facade.
“Our team has the tenacity and experience to tackle tough projects and help our clients achieve their goals. This was a challenging project, but we achieved the results we were hired for,” Hemo said.
