NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm, announced Zenith Freight Lines LLC has leased flex/industrial space in Teterboro.
The lease at 195 North St. takes up about 19,150 square feet at the 53,000-square-foot building, making it now fully occupied. It is within close access to Route 46, Interstate 80 and the Teterboro Airport.
Jeff DeMagistris and Tom Vetter of NAI Hanson represented the landlord, Sonehan 195 North Street, in the deal.
Zenith Freight specializes in supply chain solutions. With multiple locations across the United States, Zenith Global Logistics, according to NAI Hanson, was searching for a space in the New York market that provided easy access to the area’s transportation hubs.
