Diversified, a technology solutions provider based in Kenilworth, announced Tuesday it has named Johan Claassen as its new chief operating officer.
Kevin Collins, president, will continue to serve in his role, focusing on Diversified’s growing international business, the company said.
“Diversified’s growth over the past several years, both domestically and internationally, is unprecedented in our industry. To maintain our high customer satisfaction rating and optimize our operations, we sought a new COO who could alleviate Kevin of the double-duty he was previously tasked with and allow him to focus on international expansion as well as client and vendor relations,” Fred D’Alessandro, founder and CEO of Diversified, said.
“Johan’s track record of improving operational efficiency for global organizations stood out as proof he would be a great fit, and I am confident that bringing him onboard will make our organization even stronger than it is today,” he said.
Claassen will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the entire enterprise, it said.
