Lyneer Staffing Solutions, a Ewing-based staffing firm, announced Monday it has acquired Anchor Staffing Inc., based in Hanover, Maryland.
Lyneer currently services the commercial, financial, information technology, direct placement and managed service provider industries. It says it places more than 50,000 new jobs each year servicing more than 1,600 customers.
“This was an excellent opportunity for us to acquire a company with an experienced team that shares the same core values of Lyneer,” Todd McNulty, CEO and co-founder, Lyneer, said.
Anchor is a regional staffing firm specializing in commercial and IT staffing.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
