Sax LLP raises $106K+ for St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital

Sax LLP, an accounting, tax and advisory firm based in Clifton, announced it recently raised more than $106,000 at its 8th annual 4 MILER at Garret Mountain event to benefit St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Paterson.

The event was a family-friendly run/walk coordinated and facilitated by Sax. The firm’s philanthropic arm, The Sax Charitable Foundation, paid for the event so 100% of the money raised went directly to the Child Life Department at the hospital.

The event took place in October in Woodland Park, with over 450 participants and volunteers.

The following companies sponsored the 2019 event at levels of $1,000 or more: American Global LLC, The Atlantic Club, Berkeley College, BCN, BIO Compression Systems, BNE Real Estate Group, Bukiet Builders, C&H Agency, Cole Schotz P.C., Columbia Bank, Doors by John LLC, The Ducatus Foundation, EGM Builders, Goldman Sachs, Imperial Iron Works, J. Fletcher Creamer & Son Inc., JLL, Lawrence Law, M&T Bank, Madison Specs, Marc Demetriou, Mountain Development Corp., MTB AMG, Mundi Westport Group, Prismatic, Railroad Construction Co., Regional Cancer Care Associates, Seasons Catering & Special Events, Shadowbrook, Sterling Properties, UnitedHealthcare, Valley Bank, Value Companies, The Venetian, and Vericon Construction.

Since it began in 2012, the 4 MILER has raised over $535,000 for the Child Life Department.
