Woodmont Industrial Partners, the Fairfield-based affiliate of real estate development and management firm Woodmont Properties, announced on Tuesday that Steven Bayda has been appointed to head of industrial acquisitions.
In this role, Beyda will join the executive leadership team and help drive industrial acquisitions focusing on procurement throughout the Northeast.

Prior to WIP, Bayda served as a senior vice president at CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services. Before that, he was an associate at Jones Lang LaSalle.
