Hackensack Meridian Raritan Bay Medical Center Old Bridge unveiled a new inpatient diagnostic imaging suite on Tuesday.
The new, self-contained suite will have larger rooms and a new Computed Tomography scanner and X-ray machine, RBMC said.
“Patients will be able to receive faster diagnostic imaging care in a new advanced environment designed to provide a more comfortable experience,” Thomas Shanahan, chief hospital executive, Raritan Bay Medical Center, said.
RBMC is currently undergoing a $39 million expansion of its emergency department. The new suite is part of that transformation, it said.
