The Deborah Heart & Lung Center Medical Office Building in Browns Mills will be marketed for lease by the owner, Landmark Healthcare Facilities, according to real estate firm WCRE.
Marlton-based WCRE said in a news release that it will has been retained as the exclusive agent for the 57,962 square feet of space at the 6 Earlin Ave. property.
“Landmark Healthcare Facilities is known for developing modern, technologically advanced assets, and Deborah Heart & Lung Center is no exception,” WCRE’s Ryan Barikian and Bethany Brown said in a prepared statement. “We are proud to be representing Landmark for this best-in-class medical building — an asset to the southern New Jersey medical community.”
The multitenant building is three stories, with about 20,000 square feet each, divisible into suites as small as 1,000 square feet, WCRE said.
“This is the first time that Landmark has engaged a commercial real estate firm to lease space in a Landmark asset,” Executive Vice President Michael Cleary said in a statement. “Leasing outpatient buildings is a core competency of Landmark, so we wanted to be 100% certain that the firm we selected to partner with was a firm that aligned with Landmark’s values and a firm that had a deep understanding of the physician and health system relationship.”
