Real estate firm Colliers International Group Inc. announced recently that it has expanded its Woodbridge office to accomodate growth. The office at 10 Woodbridge Center Drive will have nearly double the occupancy, the firm said, accommodating 30 people.
The office, on the 10th floor of the Class A property, is now open at about 50% capacity under Phase I of Colliers’ COVID-19 reopening plan.
The office is led by Dennis Waggner, executive managing director and market leader of the New Jersey region.
“Our latest expansion is another example of Colliers’ strategic and continued growth in New Jersey and in the tri-state area,” he said in a prepared statement. “The new space puts us in an excellent position to continue exceeding the needs of our clients in the region, win new business and attract top-tier professionals to our growing and talented team.”
