Show & Tell: Ending economic inequity in New Jersey

John Harmon is CEO of the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey.

He talked about the timing of an initiative the chamber is launching, in partnership with the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, aimed at ending economic inequity in New Jersey.

“This is kind of a reset opportunity for the state. I can tell you that the conversations that I’ve had with corporations around the state over the last several months had been different. They’ve been more substantive, more engaging, the follow-up has been there and the outcomes have been tangible from a standpoint of building a foundation to grow.”
