A taekwondo studio has signed a lease in Glen Rock, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.
The firm said in a news release that Champions Martial Arts has taken 2,757 square feet of space at 201 Rock Road, a 30,000-square-foot, mixed-use building in the central business district. NAI Hanson’s Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack represented the landlord, 201 Rock Road LLC, in the transaction.
“Retail spaces that provide unmatched visibility and a central location are ideal for retailers as they look to tap into local communities and bolster their client or customer bases,” Horning said in a prepared statement. “We were pleased to leverage our local market expertise to effectively market 201 Rock Road and secure a quality tenant for this in-demand property that will enhance the borough of Glen Rock.”
Champions Martial Arts is a franchised martial arts studio that offers children and adults classes in taekwondo and muay thai/kickboxing.
