A legal services organization has renewed and expanded its lease in Freehold, according to real estate firm WCRE.
The Marlton-based firm said in a news release that South Jersey Legal Services Inc. has grown its space at 303 W. Main St. Landlord Magellan NYC West Main LLC was able to accommodate the tenant’s needs within the building, WCRE noted.
The firm’s Kevin Coleman, executive vice president and chief sales officer, represented the tenant in the transaction.
The nonprofit organization provides legal representation and advocacy to low-income individuals in 10 counties in South and Central Jersey.
