A Mahwah-based managed service provider has been acquired by a global MSP, it announced Tuesday.
Real Time Consultants Inc., which serves the New York metro area, was acquired as part of Netsurit’s U.S. market expansion, giving the latter a strong presence in New Jersey, it said in a news release.
“We are thrilled to be joining forces with Netsurit,” Real Time CEO John Iaccarino said in a prepared statement. “Our current customer base will benefit from their industry experience and knowledge base and, as a company, we’re looking forward to working with leaders who share our same vision.”
Netsurit, which has headquarters in Johannesburg and New York, said Real Time brings a more than 20-year track record and an experienced team to its business.
“We are very excited to have the Real Time team and customers joining the Netsurit family,” Netsurit CEO Orrin Klopper said in a statement. “We know we will learn a lot from the Real Time leadership team and their people. Working together, we will cherish the longstanding customer relationships Real Time has built over the years.”
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
