Larrin Management LLC, a commercial real estate management firm, renewed its lease for 2,275 square feet of office space at Glenpointe, a corporate campus in Teaneck.
The company has been a tenant of Glenpointe, located at 300/400/500 Frank W. Burr Blvd., since 2014, according to a statement released Tuesday by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, which owns and manages the property.
“Since Day One, we quickly realized Glenpointe was perfect for our growing business needs,” Larrin CEO William Kronenberg said in a statement.
The campus spans 50 acres and comprises 670,000 square feet of office space and recently underwent renovations, including upgraded lighting, redesigned common areas and a revamped outdoor amenity space called the Green, the firm said.
“Despite the current market conditions and recent challenges facing the office market, Glenpointe continues to stand out from the rest of the pack,” said Carolina Gutierrez, manager, leasing and marketing at Hackensack-based Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
