The law firm of Sills Cummis & Gross announced three attorney promotions recently, including naming a new member of the firm.
Stephen M. Klein was named member, while Rachel E. Brennan and Matthew P. Canini were both promoted to of counsel. The promotions were effective Oct. 1.
Newark-based Sills Cummis said Klein focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and works out of the Newark office. He is admitted in New Jersey and New York and is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law.
Brennan focuses her practice on complex corporate restructurings, and also will work out of the Newark office. She is admitted in New Jersey and New York, and is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School.
Canini focuses his practice on complex commercial and real estate litigation, and will work out of the New York office. He is admitted in New Jersey, New York and Florida, and is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law.
