Vantage Commercial on Thursday said it helped to ink a lease for South Jersey Cat Clinic that was formerly a retail space located in the Towne Center at Short Hills complex on Evesham Road in Cherry Hill.
The 1,875-square-foot space will be repurposed for the clinic, as the entire Towne Center at Short Hills is undergoing a redevelopment, after a large fire destroyed one of three buildings in the complex.
Ownership’s new vision for the complex is a diverse tenant mix of professional, retail and service-oriented uses.
In close proximity to Springdale Road and Routes 73 & 70, and situated among high-demographic residential neighborhoods, Short Hills is an ideal location for the South Jersey Cat Clinic. The clinic joins a diverse roster of co-tenants including Hair Play Salon, Oliva Nail Lounge, Primo’s Water Ice and Babylon Barbers.
Emily Stein, Vantage’s director of health care services, represented the owners, Short Hills Town Center II LP, in this transaction.
