NAI James E. Hanson helps bring electric contractor service to Avenel

NAI James E. Hanson on Monday said it negotiated a lease for 1,030 square feet of office space at 1030 Saint Georges Ave. in Avenel.

NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack, Randy Horning and David Ukleja represented the landlord, Orchard Enclave LLC, in the transaction with Daidone Electric Inc.

The team serves as the exclusive leasing trio for 1030 Saint Georges Ave., a 57,337-square-foot, four-story medical office building centrally located in Avenel, in Woodbridge Township. Adjacent to Routes 1, 9 and 35, the property offers prime visibility and quick access to a multitude of major transportation arteries. In addition to its convenient location, the maintained building also offers expansive parking with 275 spaces and houses an exceptional roster of tenants including a physical therapist, allergist, dentist and dermatologist.

A specialty electric contractor in operation for over 90 years, Daidone Electric Inc. was in search of office space with ideal proximity to the wide range of locations the company services. Having worked closely with various government agencies in New Jersey such as the Department of Transportation, New Jersey Transit and the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, Diadone Electric recognized that 1030 Saint Georges Ave.’s prime location and accessibility served as a perfect place to continue to grow the company’s operations.

“This deal further underscores our team’s expertise in constructing marketing strategies that take advantage of the high demand for centrally-located office spaces across the state,” Lizzack said. “We look forward to continue leveraging our local expertise and strong relationships in this market to fill vacant space for clients and capitalize on the ongoing need for well-located properties.”
