NAI Fennelly tapped to bring 22,000 sq. ft. Bordentown multipurpose building to market

NAI Fennelly has been selected to market a multipurpose building in Bordentown.

Located at 103 Dunns Mill Road, the 22,000-square-foot, 20-foot-clear building was constructed in 2010 and was built to serve as the headquarters of the New Jersey Chapter of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite fraternal organization.

Over 10 years later, the organization’s planned departure from the building spurred its team to contact NAI Fennelly in hopes of securing a buyer interested in occupying the existing building or redeveloping the site.

The property sits at the intersection of Interstate 295 and regional transportation arteries such as Routes 130 and 206. It is also just minutes from Interstate 95, offering tremendous connectivity to both the Philadelphia and New York City metropolitan areas.

With modern HVAC systems, 110 parking spots, a 2,500-square-foot commercial kitchen and integrated state-of-the-art audio/visual technology, the building is easily adaptable to a range of commercial usages and is well-suited for religious and fraternal organizations. In addition, the property’s current GC-1 zoning adds significant redevelopment potential, with approved uses including wholesale distribution, warehousing, retail sales, professional office, child care and restaurants.

“Properties with the location and adaptability of 103 Dunns Mill Road are rarities in today’s hypercompetitive real estate market,” said Jerry Fennelly, president of NAI Fennelly. “With the potential for owner-occupier, investment or redevelopment usages, this building stands out in the extremely active Bordentown market, and we are confident we will be able to assist our client quickly find a buyer.”
