Hyatt Regency Morristown to hold LGBTQ+ wedding expo

Hotel to partner with RainbowWeddingNetwork on event that will feature more than 30 select LGBTQ+ companies

The Hyatt Regency Morristown will host a wedding expo March 20 that will showcase dozens of LGBTQ+ friendly wedding vendors showcasing their services and products.

The wedding showcase will feature more than 30 select LGBTQ+ welcoming companies representing all aspects of the wedding industry, from photographers and florists to caterers, jewelers and DJs.

Hyatt officials said the event also will showcase the wedding opportunities available at the hotel, which recently completed a multimillion-dollar renovation that transformed the hotel’s 31,000 square feet of conference space, flexible meeting rooms and ballrooms.

The event, which will take place between 12:30-3:30 p.m., is free but tickets must be reserved. Click here for more information.

Hyatt supports LGBTQ+

Hyatt Regency Morristown officials are promoting that the hotel is a socially accepting and welcoming environment and a supporter of the LGBTQ+ community. The Hyatt is offering a discounted rate to those attending this event or for any stay through PRIDE month, June. Click here to book with offer code: PRIDE.

Amando Hernandez, director of sales and events at the Hyatt Regency Morristown, said the hotel is partnering with RainbowWeddingNetwork.com, a national LGBTQ+ wedding resource, for the event.

“As an active member of the NY/NJ HyPride chapter, I am excited to work with such an incredible organization as RainbowWeddingNetwork to bring this important event to our community,” he said. “I also look forward to showcasing our brand-new renovated hotel and local LGBTQ+ welcoming wedding services to engaged couples looking for the perfect destination for their big day.”

Cindy Sproul, co-founder of RainbowWeddingNetwork.com, said events are important to the community.

“These events are designed to provide members of the local LGBTQ+ community a verified network of gay-friendly vendors and companies to help ensure their big day is everything they dreamed of, free from discrimination and filled with love,” she said.
