Holdbrook Pediatric Dental celebrates grand opening after capital improvements

Holdbrook Pediatric Dental, together with Logan Township Deputy Mayor Bernadine Jackson and other local officials, recently gathered at the grand opening of the dental practice’s new office at 499 Beckett Road in Logan Township.

CHA Partners, a health care-oriented real estate development firm, recently completed an extensive capital improvement program at the 25,630-square-foot property, which included exterior and interior renovations, along with new signage.

“Logan Township’s business community continues to thrive and we are proud to officially welcome Holdbrook Pediatric Dental to its new office at 499 Beckett Road,” Jackson said. “Given the recent improvements to the property, along with its fantastic visibility, we’re confident that Holdbrook Pediatric Dental will continue to serve our township for many years to come.”

Additional tenants at the property include Salem Medical Center, SeretisCare Family Practice and Advance Therapy Associates. Located in a highly trafficked retail corridor just a mile from Interstate 295, tenants are just steps away from a number of hotels, retailers and eateries including ACME, the Village Pub, Holiday Inn, Wawa and Rite Aid. The building is currently 75% leased, with an additional 6,216 square feet of space available at the property.

“When we acquired this property, we prioritized capital improvements that would modernize the building and enhance appeal to a broad range of health care providers,” Kobi Leifer, partner at CHA Partners, said. “As we continue to expand our portfolio by leveraging our expertise with health care-oriented assets, we remain focused on improving access to quality health care and elevating the communities in which we operate.”

“We’re thrilled that Holdbrook Pediatric Dental, a well-respected member of the community, has made the decision to join our expanding roster of tenants at 499 Beckett Road,“ Leslie Florio, vice president of acquisitions and leasing at CHA Partners, said. “The prime location of 499 Beckett Road at the highly visible corner off the main strip provides our tenants with excellent exposure in a retail heavy and vibrant region.”
