NuMSP, a Clifton-based managed service provider offering IT and cybersecurity solutions, has acquired thinkITSolutions, an information technology firm.
NuMSP said the acquisition will help its offerings in the small and medium business market.
“By joining forces with thinkIT Solutions, NumMSP can expand IT services options for business owners in the New Orleans marketplace and beyond,” said Jim Griffith, CEO of NuMSP. “We are confident that together we can bring many additional benefits to the SMB market not available by operating independently, including in the realm of cybersecurity.”

Financial terms were not disclosed, but the deal was finalized on Tuesday.
