National massage chain Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa has leased space at the Somerset Shopping Center in Bridgewater, according to Levin Management.
The Somerset Shopping Center is a 219,000-square-foot shopping community, which is leased and managed by North Plainfield-based LCM.
Vanessa Fernandez, an LCM leasing representative, arranged the 2,990-square-foot lease on behalf of Hand & Stone. David Dunkelman of Soloff Realty represented the tenant.

The property is situated at the junction of Route 202/206 and Route 28. It is currently anchored by Christmas Tree Shops, Barnes & Noble, Modell’s and Gap. It also boasts retailers such as Eastern Mountain Sports, New York & Company, Rite Aid, Pier 1 Imports, Lane Bryant, TGI Fridays, The Zoo Health Club and Men’s Wearhouse and more.
