Blue Foundry Bank hires new chief lending officer

Blue Foundry Bank announced Thursday it has named Vincent Micco as executive vice president, chief lending officer.

In this role, Micco will be responsible for overseeing the Rutherford-based community bank’s commercial and residential lending departments.

“Its an exciting time to join Blue Foundry Bank,” Micco said. “I look forward to drawing on my depth of experience as a residential mortgage originator and commercial lender while collaborating with the members of our dynamic loan team to provide customers with the best possible products and service.”

Prior to Blue Foundry Bank, Micco was at Kearny Bank for 15 years most recently serving as director of commercial lending. He also served as president of the Rutherford Chamber of Commerce and is currently on the board of advisors for the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce.

“Vince is a motivational team leader with extensive industry knowledge and key, results-oriented experience,” James D. Nesci, CEO and president of Blue Foundry Bank, said. “His addition to our team ensures that the bank’s bold vision for loan portfolio growth will be achieved.”
