Real estate firm Larken Associates is building a 19,000-square-foot office building in Branchburg, it announced this week.
The Branchburg-based firm said in a news release that the professional and medical office building will be located at Branchburg Centre, 3040 U.S. Route 22 W., with construction starting later this year.
Larken said the building will be the final stage in its redevelopment of the property, which it acquired in 2017. The single-story building will include private entrances, build-to-suit floorplans and more.
“Although the broader office market faces challenges, we remain deeply confident that demand for well-located, carefully designed and expertly managed office and medical office space will remain high in the Somerset County market,” Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, Larken’s in-house brokerage division, said in a prepared statement.
