A fireplace business has signed a lease for 1,225 square feet of retail space in Dumont, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.
Precast to Go, which is relocating from South Hackensack, will utilize the space at 125 Washington Ave. as a showroom, NAI Hanson said in a news release. The indoor/outdoor mall totals 22,155 square feet of space and is home to a diverse roster of tenants.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, along with David M. Ukleja, exclusively represented both the tenant and the landlord, DMP Dumont LLC, in the transaction.
“Despite the long-term economic impacts of COVID-19 that are still rippling through the retail sector, well-located, high-visibility retail spaces continue to attract businesses of all sizes,” Ukleja said in a prepared statement. “Additionally, well-maintained and unique properties like 125 Washington Ave. stand out for a wide range of tenants, ranging from office to medical to retail users who are all looking to return to work and a sense of normalcy as the pandemic continues to wane.”
The property has two suites, both approximately 1,700 square feet, remaining for lease.
